Return & Refund Policy – Noon Café

At Noon Café, we aim to ensure clarity and fairness in all transactions. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refined


  • Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers must provide one of the following as proof of purchase:
    • Original receipt, or
    • The phone number used at the time of purchase

 

Noon Café reserves the right to verify, review, and investigate any return or refund request.

 

 

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Drinks and prepared food once prepared or served
  • Consumable items
  • Used or opened products
  • Discounted or promotional items, unless defective
  • Gift cards (non-refundable)

 

3. Exchanges


  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, subject to item condition and availability.
  • Drinks and prepared food are not eligible for exchange.
  • All exchange requests are subject to management approval.

 


4. Order Cancellatio

  • Orders may only be canceled before preparation begins.
  • Once preparation has started, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
  • Customized or special orders cannot be canceled after confirmation


 

5. Gift Cards



  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.
  • Requests for renewal may be considered at management discretion by contacting

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.


 

7. Right to Refuse

Noon Café reserves the right to:

  • Decline any return or refund request that does not meet this policy
  • Refuse service in cases of repeated misuse, false claims, or abusive behavior


All decisions made by Noon Café management are final.
