Applicable Location: State of Qatar only

These Terms of Service govern all purchases, orders, and interactions with Noon Café, whether made in-store, for pickup, delivery, or online. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

All orders and services provided by Noon Café are available within Qatar only. We do not accept or process international orders. Delivery, pickup, and services are limited to locations inside Qatar.

Once an order has been prepared or handed over to the customer, Noon Café is not responsible for the condition of drinks or food, including spills, temperature changes, or damage caused after collection or delivery. Customers are responsible for checking their order at the time of receipt.

Orders may only be canceled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued. Pickup times and delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on order volume, traffic, or operational circumstances.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, but they can be replaced under the following conditions:

Replacement requests must be made in person at the Hell’s Kitchen Café branch, or
Online replacement is available subject to a card replacement fee of 5–10 QAR, plus any applicable delivery fees.

Gift cards are valid according to the date printed or issued. Noon Café reserves the right to verify ownership before replacement.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Prices, menus, services, and availability may be updated at any time without prior notice, including updates related to Qatar 2026 operations or business requirements.

Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Noon Café reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

Updates & Changes

Noon Café may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar
