Shipping Policy for Noon Café and Noon Mart

1. General Shipping Terms

1.1. Noon Café and Noon Mart provide delivery services across all of Qatar.

1.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

1.3. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms and conditions.

2. Shipping Fees and Timing

2.1. Delivery fees are calculated based on location and order value. Fees will be displayed at checkout.

2.2. All orders will be delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation.

2.3. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Processing

3.1. Orders placed before [ 7 Pm ] will be processed the same day.

3.2. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Guidelines

4.1. Customers must provide accurate shipping details, including address and contact information.

4.2. Noon Café and Noon Mart are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

4.3. If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the order will be rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.

5. Refunds and Returns for Delivered Orders

5.1. Perishable items are non-refundable once delivered unless defective upon receipt.

5.2. Damaged goods due to shipping must be reported immediately upon delivery for review.

5.3. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

• Opened packages.

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

• Items marked as “no damage refund.”
