Noon Café provides pickup and delivery services within Qatar only. We do not ship or deliver outside Qatar. All orders are prepared after confirmation and handled with care to ensure quality at the time of dispatch.

Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 to 4 hours after confirmation. Customers are responsible for collecting their orders on time. Once an order is handed over, Noon Café is not responsible for the condition, temperature, or handling of items.

Delivery orders are processed based on item type and location. Drinks and fresh items are usually delivered on the same day, while non-drink or retail items may take 1 to 4 days, depending on availability and delivery location. Delivery time estimates are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational demand.

Delivery fees vary by location within Qatar and are communicated before order confirmation. Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery information. Noon Café is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or order issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Once an order is delivered or collected, responsibility for the items transfers fully to the customer. Noon Café is not liable for any loss, damage, or quality changes after delivery or pickup.
