At Noon Café, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or phone number) is required.
• Drinks, prepared food, opened products, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled before preparation begins.
• Once preparation has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
